...any for last 3yrs but all of of sudden they have asked me to give a resignation. They have forced me to resign n didn't provide my salary also. Also hold my salary the month before resignation. So I recommend not to join this company. I am sharing this as m the sufferer and dnt want the same to happen with anyone.

1. After service is not available 2. Company says piece to piece replacement policy but they don't give actually because of this customer get harassed 3. Every 6 months company want new distributor

Learnt how to make fool. To new business partners and lots of abusive languages.

... command to stay at same designation for years. No incentive structure. No hike. salary gets deducted according to performance even reimbursement of TA will be deducted as per mood of superiors. Salary date may defer sometime. No work ethics one will learn how to use false commitments and dumb materials and forget the existing business partners and create new. Every month create new dealers and distributors. No annual budget. Every month new budget everyday payment collection and new dealer opening pressure with abusive dirty languages from local & HO personals. Its a different experience A great learning.

...ployees to use their ideas. Using employees as tissue paper ( Use and destroy). After leaving the company no courtesy to pay their settlement. All fake pending outstanding list will be given on employee to avoid pay settlement. Once worked in Kent for more than 3 years you will loose the value of your resume because there is no promotion only an artificial pressure. Nobody can decide anything even to....

This is bad behaviour all senior like RM abuse speak all executive and not salary given my last 3 months may 2024 my joining and last August 2024 salary not pay Kent RO company RM name is jeetender chawal and my senior jatin manglani also discuss this case but not any information given to me

This is very bad company behaviour my personal experience not pay salary on the time for executive I think that time join 30 to 40 candidate I discussed every executive one by one but not one executive spike Good senior

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
