Apart from salary being credited on last day of every month rest every this is terrible about this company. Working environmental is pathetic as managers play their dirty politics and do back biting, do favourisim and partiality

Never supported at all. If we ask for work from home, then it’s half a day pay cut will be done

Worst work culture, not at all employee centric, If you don’t get any job with other good employer then think about kent

Salary provided by company is good and they always provide salary on time.

No job security. Management is not supportive. Everyone work for themselves. Superiors provide very less support. Company fired you anytime wherever they want without giving any reason.

They have no idea about how to use MBA graduates. They expect us to do canopy activity outside shops and give catalogues and leaflets to customers and generate sales. You are forced to do this and gradually we feel like useless even after spending lot of money for your masters.

The only good thing in this company is flexible timing.

Salary came in time but TA is limited and always come late. Incentive system is very poor. Company culture and policies are literally very poor. The work pressure is very high. ASM which is hired in Jophpur location is really illeterate, doesnt know difference in between sales and marketing. They didnt take my suggestions and always trying to show me down.
