...ll one year if you join this company in December. Starting 90 days tak no leave. Bonus maar lete hain, FNF ke naam per paise kaat lete hain salary se.

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
