Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

there is no delay in the salary, i have been work in this company 11 yrs. but even single day the company did not get delay sometimes the salary we are receiving in advance.

Dislikes

Excellent opportunity to work with, Management is highly professional, Employer was the best teacher, well furnished office, excellent work environment, good lot of staff members, good company policies,training sessions, well paid for hardworking

Dislikes

My stay was beautiful memory and gathered lots of experience. It was great working for Chairmen for recruitment, screening, training, HR procedures, CR .. It's was great expo. A place to learn many things. They are the best bulders with excellent quality products villas and apartments. Orientation is given for new joinees for sure
