...aboura, once you entered the premise you're not allowed to go out, it's locked. In probation period of 6 months you are not allowed to take leave, if did so they will deduct salary for 2 days. Taking leaves over the weekend will count Saturday and Sunday also as leave. Most employees are of Kent like accountant, HR etc. their behaviour is like govt employees. Salary is credited on 7th date of month. If employee punches after prescribed time his half leave is added. Lot many more, just remember it's a non IT cultured company, they even shout on the employee if they get late to office like a school going child.

The only pros I found is You will get salary on 7th day of month.

It's a factory not an IT company so don't expect IT work culture. No job security, you can be fired at any time without advance salary. 6 days working. No work from home policy. Even during covid19 they forced all employees to work from office or get fired. No leave policy. No flexibility. No standared policy. policy varies person to person and keep changing. No management, decisions taken by S.Gupta is final No quality work. No work life balance. 3 month notice period. They will make you cry to get your F&F with unnecessary salary deduction.

Work culture is like bounded labours, you can not roam in office premises, if gate closed you are not allowed to go out before 6, if you take unplanned leave then they will deduct salary for 2 days, if more than a week leave is taken then weekend is also counted, abusive language used as it's sarkari type culture, if you resign and join new company then they will do your background check as as per policy you can not join their competitors for 2 yrs, so after bgc only they will release your experience letter, manufacturing and sales marketing type of work culture not IT culture. Their all products got flopped and then they will fire you, no job security at all. They called people during COVID also as soon as lock down over no wfh. There are lot of generation gap and work culture gap can be seen. If you are in Kent ro then have to come for 6 days to office, salary will be credited on 7th day of month and if it's weekend then will be delayed further.

...'s healthcare. Appraisal is pending , didn't provide any information about it. Demotivating to employee by threatening salary cut if do not opt to work from office.

-Policies -No bonus -No appraisal -No any concepts of reimbursement for Wi-Fi, extra working hour, and many more -Irresponsible management. -Rude boss
