Working at Kensium has been truly rewarding experience. We have ample remote work from home options per month. The company's policies are clear and supportive, creating a positive and inclusive environment. My peers and leads are incredibly supportive and collaborative, making every project a team effort. The culture of respect and encouragement here makes it easy to thrive both personally and professionally.

While the company has many strengths, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the workload can be quite demanding at times, which may affect work life balance. It would be great to see more initiatives aimed supporting employee wellbeing and more initiatives towards employee benefits.

Company culture is very worst and they make employees to handle 7-8 projects parallelly and no work life balance. If you are interested to work here u should be prepared to leave your personal life and family. More over u will feel stress here
