People can openly communicate ideas, likes and dislikes with colleagues and authoritative figures which are heard and openly discussed and need be, plans are implemented to enhance work/ life balance alongside company growth.

Colleagues are good. Leadership at Kennect hears you and your suggestions. You have the liberty to take your own decisions. If you want job security then this place is your address.

No learning curve. Everyone is laid back and it's like a government department.

I don't have any such dislike about working here. While the workload can be challenging at times, I recognize that's a common aspect at any workplace.

Analysing dozons of similar companies with discussions with many friends and classmates, I can say this is the best learning experience I have receivedm, I have grown as a developer extremely fast and my skills are way ahead in my trajectory now. I love the culture of the company. I am thankful
