I joined Kenan with all the anxiety of joining a new company, but to my wonder the acceptance I got from the management and other employees there is commendable, The learning process and the happy to help attitude of coworkers helped me a lo through the process. I have the liberty to upskill ,learn new skills and make a foundation at what am I best at. I can be myself at my office. Suggestions & Ideas are always welcomed ,the management is very keen on providing learning ,training & interactive sessions and activities.

Target setting need to be balanced so as not to be overwhelming. It should be progressive, achievable and tangible.
