I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Good company for freshers. The atmosphere is okay.

Dislikes

No growth for experienced people. Salary delayed when company faced financial loss. A lot of colleagues left in 2020 No one ever got full and final payment. Kept following up for months. Once your salary is delayed, please leave next day. Don't entertain their excuses.

Got learning opportunities. Managers and team members were humble and supportive. Okay atmosphere to work.

Dislikes

Biggest con of working with start ups is receiving salary on time. Company faced financial loss in 2018. Never got full and final payment. 4-5 months salary got stuck.
