Some colleagues are egoistic and won't teach us. Also timing is very strict. Also Unions interfere in everything thus the company is in debt.

Friendly co-workers, work life balance & good festive celebrations.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Egoistic and terrible management who don't wish to help others grow, strict timings ( card punching with max. 90 minutes late per month allowed), only second saturday besides sundays off, company management doesn't train their staff & prefer to keep archaic production process, no wage revision since 2014 but except DA hikes.
