It was fun working with Kelly, I should say I also loved the leave benefits.

Yes, there be no promotions, salary hikes and insurance benefits for your family. They rely on other fortune 400 companies so I think they dont provide all the above mentioned things. They will not give you paternity leaves too.

Learning process - as most of the work has manual process. However after that learning is bit restricted. Team is best to work with, complete team work is there.

Dislikes

No Career Growth, very low to poor salary hike. One cannot maintain the work-life balance as generally there definitely will be extended working hours through any months, (even on holidays)

Very good team but the mostly focusing on outsourcing so the work culture and work satisfaction are depends on the client. But I feel so happy about my , since the work life balance is tremendously great. We will surely get leisure time.

The only good thing is HR team is good.. They will always helps us if ask any quires..

There is no secure in this company.. The salary there is no proper date.. They will credit whenever they want. And moreover there is no career growth..

I was working for kelly services for 2 & half years... I was working for their one of client.... Client office there are many people who are doing politics... Everyone working for kelly servicea is fade up of them... They need to do something on it... It was very bad experience.
