Salary on Time that's the only thing I like on KBR

The HR team here in Saudi Arabia, particularly the KBR-AY team is very unprofessional. I will share my story. Last September 2021, I got an offer from other company, I give my exit notice to my superior. He talk to me, negotiate some things, then we agreed on the compensation they give me just to stay on my job(the manager, and my superior already approve the compensation we negotiate, they forward it to the HR) Fast forward, March 2022, until now I doesn't receive the compensation we agreed. Then finally, HR call me, and say, that they can't give the compensation that we agreed and can just give me this amount( lower than the offer I received from the other company). Its very frustrating on my side and very unfair, but I have no choice but to accept what the HR give me since I already refuse my previous offer just to stay on KBR AY . Lesson learned, not because the company is big and has good reputation, that means that the people behind them are good. Hopefully, another opportunity come, and it won't happen again. I swear, I regret staying here in KBR AY, but as a professional, I won't let this affect my job, I will just wait, and leave.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration I also like employee rehire policy here In the nut shell appreciating the applied management decorum , strong employe employer relation ship that maintained flexibility and presence of problem solving philosphies like several other positive measures flagging KBR seperate in global market

Compensation is decent , growth is slow . High work pressure . Good R&R

Almost everything including but not limited to salary/benifits, work environment, work life balance, family status etc.

Dislikes

Seems no future growth, no job security as project based company and usually very limited inhand projects @ a time. Lack of Business development specially in Middle East Region. Lack of tendering, costing and contracts negotiation skills.

...anagers. During COVID, favourite people got wfh first with internet perks first. Favourite ppl getting promotions during maternity leaves, extending leaves with pay is against the company. These are few examples of bad management.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No respect for the individuals. Too much hypocrisy
