...anagers. During COVID, favourite people got wfh first with internet perks first. Favourite ppl getting promotions during maternity leaves, extending leaves with pay is against the company. These are few examples of bad management.

KBR Arabia Limited company is very good, On time salary, Supporting staff, every thing is good, Only issue with my project, There is no appraisal and promotion. Definitely future I will work in KBR, if any where have good opportunity.

...ompany expects employees to be honest. * Flexible working at project discretion. * Salary breakup (high basic component) is good from PF perspective. * Management appreciates open to feedback.

* Compensation could be better. * Less scope for lateral shift to other disciplines and KBR offices. Again varies from department to department.

...in Chennai based on getting an offer letter and negotiate and get a better hike. Salary levels are terribly low. Too much favortism especially in Finance, Audit, HR teams.

White man supremacy throughout, all the people in UK, USA office keep getting promotions and role cahnges super fast while India office is constantly neglected. Only way to go up in this company is through favoritism.

Salary on Time that's the only thing I like on KBR

The HR team here in Saudi Arabia, particularly the KBR-AY team is very unprofessional. I will share my story. Last September 2021, I got an offer from other company, I give my exit notice to my superior. He talk to me, negotiate some things, then we agreed on the compensation they give me just to stay on my job(the manager, and my superior already approve the compensation we negotiate, they forward it to the HR) Fast forward, March 2022, until now I doesn't receive the compensation we agreed. Then finally, HR call me, and say, that they can't give the compensation that we agreed and can just give me this amount( lower than the offer I received from the other company). Its very frustrating on my side and very unfair, but I have no choice but to accept what the HR give me since I already refuse my previous offer just to stay on KBR AY . Lesson learned, not because the company is big and has good reputation, that means that the people behind them are good. Hopefully, another opportunity come, and it won't happen again. I swear, I regret staying here in KBR AY, but as a professional, I won't let this affect my job, I will just wait, and leave.
