Only ISO documentation. Otherwise the culture is worst. Management doesnt know how to select employees. GM is selected from automobile industry for a fabrication shop. So think how the management is.. lol

There isn't much to like here, especially in Design. There is only one person who rules this place, viz., MD. Whatever he says is law, however rediculous it may be. He being the owner of the company makes it really hard to implement anything new, because of his huge ego. This company is only for people who have no other go, no experience, but need some kind of an engineering job to get started on an engineering career, due to financial needs, etc.

Dislikes

As said in the earlier section, the work pressure is absurd, the company wants to reduce its costs by pushing its employees way past their limits, all claiming that people are staying in their comfort zones and they should come out of their comfort zones to develop. An idea put for by Rajiv Talreja, an online self-help guru, which is completely absurd. Here there is no concept of proper management, almost all departmental heads are incompetent and there is an unhealthy obsession with following the ISO process to the point of madness, just to impress the MD. This place is a total mess, stay away from here if you can.

I was working as a product development engineer, a new job role in the company and its my very first job. It been a boot camp for me. It was really good that I have gained good knowledge in design, development and fabrication. Strict implementation of ISO was a great learning and I learned documentation is the key. Great place to learn, grow and make the company grow.
