The salary is less than the market standards, they promise something and deliver nothing. They only promote people who have a personal relation with the higher management. They will have leaders who will be having less than 1 year of experience and terrible people handling skills. Don’t fall in this trap and apply here.

There is nothing much to like about the company anymore.

I know this review will be deleted soon as the company is investing a lot in getting the reviews deleted as this is one of the KRAs of the CEO of the company. Management: The company is at a very terrible stage, where in every 6 months they fire the director and rehire a new director and with every new director the SOP changes and the employee has to suffer each time as they are threatend to adapt with the changes or they'll fire them. Managers: Recently new managers were hired to handle Customer Success and Implementation team. The manager of customer success was doing mostly a good job as an individual but was failing to fulfill his role as a manager as he was burdened with a lot of tasks. Anyway he ended us resigning from the job because the company hired a director of excellence long back who didn't have anything to do in the company and was proposed to take the manager's role without intimating this message to the manager. The manager of Implementation is good for nothing. He is only busy with his chicks in the office. He has 0 sense of managing anything and he possess 0% empathy towards his employees. No sense of work as well. Promotion: this come to you only when you are good in licking the bu++ of your manager.

Good people to work with. Since the management changed, It was difficult to adjust to new practices. Loved the company culture and learned a lot of things to improve myself. I would suggest to join this company after 2-3 months.

People who do not have any experience in international markets are leading departments and don't even have a career development plan for people they hire. Doesn't feel like a Saas organization but more like a call center
