Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its a Japanese company so that working processes is very systematic and follow a procedure so that the efficiency, reability, productivity, quality and improvisation of processes can be maintained....by following systematic approach no fatigue for employees also..

Dislikes

Theres nothing for dislike but if the company gives some perks, and salary benefits of there employees it motivated them more to do work efficiently.

It’s good experience .i love the fact that I m a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base . As a result I get to travel abroad , especially to the Japan and Thai .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers don’t value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to back my suggestions most of the times .

Yes I am interested in this company because senior person's behaviour so good to another person and work is so interesting example ecu department I am achive the target within 8 hours any product ks-7 ks-6 or gse1@@ every person say that Mr Umesh sir is a good person because he is down to earth and behaviour is so good Mr Umesh sir give a one appreciate as soon as break the target within 8 hours definitely because mr Umesh sir is power house of Tallent I mean
