It’s good experience .i love the fact that I m a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base . As a result I get to travel abroad , especially to the Japan and Thai .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers don’t value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to back my suggestions most of the times .

Keihin company has many plants in all over the world famous for injector manufacturing. there is learning chance more. The japanese person who works here is very polite as well as in telling about machines and how to take machines countermeasure to us with polite manner. i have learnt about machines. and still, learning. i have also got chance to go japan. work environment is very good than other companies. overall my experience is good....Read More

This company is very beneficial for permanent employee. but i work here as contractual employee. so, in my point of view employee hiring should be as permanent employee. either is engineer or not. because the person who works for company i think company must have known their hard work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
