Job security is good and teammates are supportive.

...cs and the management doesn't address our issues. Company policies are not good. Appraisals are not good and they don't give proper salary hike and performance bonus.

Every month Salary gets credited on time. During pandemic and while increasing corona cases they allows employee to WFH

Dislikes

No work life balance, designation wise salary structure not defined(means AM is getting less salary than sr executive), some higher management people talks rudely with middle management employee, dept head asks to work on Saturday also even though there is weekly off on every Saturday.
