The company needs to pay attention towards their contractual staff , give them permanent place by seeing their dedication towards work

Better than top 5 construction companies in terms of 1- Work life balance 2- Salary on time. 3- Job security. 4- HR Policies (gives you power even after complaining an Engineer by senior DGM they will not take action against you without knowing your POV. 5- Higher Management is good as compare to site management.

Dislikes

1- Compensation and remuneration are very less, growth is very slow, House rent allowance is 1200-1600 Rs. Per Month as per cadre. 2- Company gives back to back work to the small contractor which devalue you because they directly report to your Project manager. 3- Career growth is null even though you are a top performer. EDIT 02/02/22-: 4- Now company HR has started to annoying the employees at the time of leaving the org and not giving the clearance and forcing to complete 90 days notice period even if you are ready to pay out the balance amount of 60 days after serving 1 month notice period.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, salary also timely given.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I am more try kec inside going after permanent going but there more politics.

i like the work life balance in kec, the most. Here, i didn't feel much work pressure. Life is chill.

I came here through campus placement & they have kept retention bonus for us which was included in whole CTC, which is bad because they are giving increment on the basis of basic pay.
