Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. Management is very good and are active listener.they always take care of employees benefits.

...ear same phenomenon happens and due to this old employees also escape from here. Salary structure is different for GET and experience candidates.

Dislikes

Quality department Middle level management is not playing role of him. No suuport of reporting manager. When i was asking for supporting then not recieved any support. Quality department is not working independentely, Quality RM working under project Leader and only showing goodi goodi image of project to Corporate Quality Team. Compensation & Benefits policy is very poor. Exit policy is very poor.

Notice period.
As per my appointment letter, I am required to serve a three-month notice period. If I choose not to, I must compensate the company with an amount equivalent to my gross salary. However, any accrued leaves will be paid based on the basic salary. My concern is that, as per labor laws, no organization can compel an employee to serve the full notice period, and in the worst case, only the basic salary should be deducted as compensation. Additionally, the company is charging GST on the notice pay, which I find difficult to understand. Can someone provide clarity on this matter?
