Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Some times HR not responding, Vehicle arrangement poor planning for staff. Low rent to family acomidation Not provide mess or Cook at Guest house. No Snacks at over duty.

...s secured, untill we didn't done malpractice. Not statisfied with career growth. Salary will be credited in intime. Other allowances were too late. Not so great about travel. More politics in projects. Only experienced will get in. Working environment is not good. Finally if you want to work in KEC international, you must don't have family..

Dislikes

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.
