KEC is a good company. Job security is also good. Timely pay salary to employees. Always think about employees achievement, learning and growth.

Poor Management. HR Monopoly. Never listen to employee difficulty. If you have a connection with higher management people then you will only get benefits.

1. Salary come on time at every last day of month. 2. Job security is good.

I dont know about other SBU but in civil 1. There are no fix working hours ur manager will ask to work 12-14 hr 7 days a work. Even on festivals like diwali. 2. At my site Appraisals are given so less that if they were not given then it would be better. 3. In civil SBU when you will write 10 emails to HR then also you will not get a single line reply

...nd good,company policies are good and need improvement appraisals are dependent on the company Profit, decent salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Lot of politics , and middle management is not adress the employees and solve the issues ,salary is very less increment and decent career growth,frequent transfers , and shifting from one department to other departments is frequent where we list intrest in working. middle management is not good,notice period is 3 months,they will show hell after resign. Employee insurance is very less, the middle management not give much preference for the development of skilled employee,HR system is not enough to recognise the employees strength .

KEC gives an employee a free atmosphere to work. Specifically the management gives keen interest to its employees raised suggestions

Dislikes

Somewhere i feel the employees are unfairly treated in compensation and benefits. They are being paid comparatively low as per the market price.
