Company is good about monthly salary only, after that I am working in safety department in which I have to face to much of problem to resolve safety issue at site. At last you cannot get any staff facility like staff gust house separate with Supervisor or others which is very important to maintain our level at site

Dislikes

Living environment after coming from site, means to say guest house which company provide is not maintain according to Officer Room and Supervisor even Driver room. This is the main factor. Which other company like L&T provide

1. Salary come on time at every last day of month. 2. Job security is good.

Dislikes

I dont know about other SBU but in civil 1. There are no fix working hours ur manager will ask to work 12-14 hr 7 days a work. Even on festivals like diwali. 2. At my site Appraisals are given so less that if they were not given then it would be better. 3. In civil SBU when you will write 10 emails to HR then also you will not get a single line reply

I have learned much more in KEC. Job sequirty is to good.

Dislikes

Quality department Middle level management is not playing role of him. No suuport of reporting manager. When i was asking for supporting then not recieved any support. Quality department is not working independentely, Quality RM working under project Leader and only showing goodi goodi image of project to Corporate Quality Team. Compensation & Benefits policy is very poor. Exit policy is very poor.

...dical checkup every year. Household transportation facilities during transfer. On time salary.

No work-life balance. #everyday is MONDAY #DHOKHA about bonus No time limit at site, whether it's day or night. No leave on festivals or National Holidays, at site level.

...nd good,company policies are good and need improvement appraisals are dependent on the company Profit, decent salary hike and bonus every year.

Lot of politics , and middle management is not adress the employees and solve the issues ,salary is very less increment and decent career growth,frequent transfers , and shifting from one department to other departments is frequent where we list intrest in working. middle management is not good,notice period is 3 months,they will show hell after resign. Employee insurance is very less, the middle management not give much preference for the development of skilled employee,HR system is not enough to recognise the employees strength .
