...r is directly involved in small works, often scolding employee for silly things. Salary payment is consistently delayed, usually upto 6 months, and they deduct salary for security deposit and pf etc and they not paid pf amount properly. If an employee resign for his job, the refuse to pay pending salary (upto 6 months).

work environment is good, we don't have any pressure

Dislikes

salary's don't provide on time.monthly we can opt for 2 days,after that loss of pay. growth is very slow. Mgmt do not value individual strength. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, in office the working hours is good. on site only we have to work for long hours. we have to visit regular on sites..

Dislikes

The Responsibility of seniors on various siteworks is terrible. They won't care if you get injured in sites. Salaries are always delayed by 2 months.The management always makes bad decisions where in they are forced to do more expenditure.
