Opinion on Eigen : Big % of Variable pay is shown in your CTC but u won't get even 50% of that. Top man here only knows how to humiliate employees using words unheard of. Its a pain every second to be with him because he throws only personal slurs. Strategy is, hire new persons; trouble them from day one as they cannot look for new job at least an year. Fire them after a year or so. This is how unit head and top man are holding to their chair as they are getting paid huge amount. Please think, verify these points before joining.

After BH joining, below is the attraction in 3yrs. 3 maintenance heads left. 3 quality heads left. 2 Engineering heads left. 1 production head left. 30% attrition in design and tool maintenance. BH shouts all day or spends time on stock markets. BH n UH are saving their jobs by scapegoating HODs. Simple advice to all : If you love your family, if you care about your health and career, DON'T JOIN this messed-up company.
