Company policy are good and appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike, and bonus also give every year.

Nothing dislike in this time, some bad time about that pendamic period some% salary deduction

As per company financial size they try to facilitate employees but could not overcome Salary benefits also there own private expenses are more.

Opinion on Eigen : Big % of Variable pay is shown in your CTC but u won't get even 50% of that. Top man here only knows how to humiliate employees using words unheard of. Its a pain every second to be with him because he throws only personal slurs. Strategy is, hire new persons; trouble them from day one as they cannot look for new job at least an year. Fire them after a year or so. This is how unit head and top man are holding to their chair as they are getting paid huge amount. Please think, verify these points before joining.

It's about Eigen Engineering. After BH joining, below is the attraction in 3yrs. 3 maintenance heads left. 3 quality heads left. 2 Engineering heads left. 1 production head left. 30% attrition in design and tool maintenance. BH shouts all day or spends time on stock markets. BH n UH are saving their jobs by scapegoating HODs. Simple advice to all : If you love your family, if you care about your health and career, DON'T JOIN this messed-up company.

But company cant bare the maternity of the employee happened with me they paid my maternity but after they fired me reason they dont have any answer when I asked that Why you are not placing me on my place is this because of my work answer was we dont have any issues with work your work was excellent but when i asked for the compensation for atleast three months because they just informed me 2days before my joining so while asking for the compensation in revert they send me termination letter in result.may be some looks,dressing & some other thing seniors want which i cant provide.
