Too much politics and interference of other department. Every person just passes the ball to other. No one takes responsibility and accountability. Only reviews and meeting where everyone just flatter the Promoter.

Fake people, worst and most politicized environment. HR itself involved in flattering of business head and doing conspiracy against employees. Worst HR I have ever seen. Worst top Management of business.No business acumen, no vision, never ever seen any clarity of future plans.
