...ch interference, lack of involving the team. No acknowledgement or appreciation. Appraisal are only for the books, whatever salary is decided by promoters that is given as incentive. Most important if they decide that they do not want you, they will an environment which comples you to resign

Too much politics and interference of other department. Every person just passes the ball to other. No one takes responsibility and accountability. Only reviews and meeting where everyone just flatter the Promoter.

Fake people, worst and most politicized environment. HR itself involved in flattering of business head and doing conspiracy against employees. Worst HR I have ever seen. Worst top Management of business.No business acumen, no vision, never ever seen any clarity of future plans.
