Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Owner Kamal Seksaria is a big joke on the name of the Owner. He believes in copy paste only, no originality at all. He manufactures all his fabrics in Bhilwara and Surat but sells them calling it Italian fabric🤪😜. This is a joke not a company. All restrictions are imposed on honest and hardworking employees while frauds and cheaters are free to do anything. He has hired those employees who are running their own brand by the name "Kotlana" and their entire focus is on selling their brand😃, that's why I called him a big Joke.
