Nothing to like about this company , only the salary comes on time

There is no work life balance , the HR management is really bad , i have seen atleast 10 people leaving the company in one month , if they don’t like you for some reason , they will not see how you are performing or not , they will keep irritating you and will ask for the resignation, they are open to hear the suggestion but only do wat they want to do , they don’t work systematically like the other brands work and the policies are really bad . They are not all an employee friendly brand .

Working environment is amezing .And they have to offer good salary .

i have only 6 month of experience and there is no job training to giveing me .so they are lazy to give job training for fresher and senior also .

Company’s merchchandising Team is really supportive , products are good .

salary package is decent, growth is very slow , they will not appreciate your idea . ASM use to do politics , junior level staffs are very unprofessional and they don’t have manners how to work like a team , and yes you will not get revert on your whatsapp message or emails as well . FNF process is pathetic .

Well everything actually. They deduct salary on getting late by even a minute. The senior management has absolutely no clarity of vision n misuse the word strategy as they are highly reactive n do not give any plan enough time to work or fail. There is no job security n has an extremely negative working environment. The HR head is the biggest gossip monger among all others involved in office politics. Most people are working there only to please the owner n not really for the business.

It was worst experience in kazo because there is no PF policy no fix timing. I had to leave job because of worst experience n i didn't get any salary or incentive amount after leaving job from Kazo.. Kazo is the worst place to work
