Worst management, SCM manager Mr (J) behaves like monkey ..........hole. Over timing , No leaves, never get the on time salary increments ,bucket culture, there is no good climate for work, never get the relieving letters experiance letters with in notice periods. Community oriented ,every day abusing with bad words, total working climate is not good.

I won't give even one star. Its such a worst company. No work life balance. Even ask us work over time, but no pay will be provided. No respect to any one give by plant head. Don't go to this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Lack of support from management and working hours is more than 8 hours and salary hike is not in culture and increased those who are getting high salary not for those who are working hard day and night

Worst company. Very bad working culture, no job security no compensation. Very bad and torturing environment. There is no management. They can kick you out without any reason and explanation and the worst part that they don't even give compensation for the loss. I wanted to give - rating bt unfortunately I can't.
