...l knowledge and His maximum education qualification is only secondary education. He joined this company for starting salary at 12,000 after 4 months of his working period he getting more than 20,000. it's all his wife influences. Most of the Good working Engineering students are suffering here in this company and one of the person i Am too

Good place for freshers to kickstart their career. No matter what your job profile is, you will get good exposure of all the activities happening in the organization. A good place for freshers to develop their skills and a good opportunity to work with industry experts. Since Kaynes is a contract based organization, employees in the organization get chances to work in close collaboration with other big and small organizations, which for me is the biggest adavantage for employees in this organization.

Dislikes

...anization-even for a cool headed guy. Heavy workload and poor work-life balance. Salary is also not up to mark. Yearly appraisal not done properly. Exposure to the latest tools / software is very minimal. Few toxic employees in the company make the organization a living hell for other employees; but the management seems to take a blind eye to towards this.

Management has rich experience in the Industry. Excellent scope for learning for freshers. Experienced team can work with management to improve systems within company. Job security is good.

Work culture needs to be improved, annual salary appraisal should be there along with discussion with employee for the same giving individual feedback, work-life balance can be improved.
