2 vmc and cnc machine provide fom one operator and salery only 12000 , 2 machine operated but low salary only 12000

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politic. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working hours is the one which I feel to be dislikes. Salary package is not that much attractive.

...e quiet cool and are very talented. There is no doubt about learning new things. But regarding appraisal and salary are not paid much as expected for a degree holder.

...its work hours as it affects our work life balance and leads to health problems. The other thing is that the salary offered to a degree holder is less than what we expect.
