It is good for freshers for learning. They get good salary, low pressure, working balance is stable, and more over you get good experience with customers on call and emails which improves your communication.

Very bad experience about office and office culture. Purely unprofessional work culture in the office they didn't tell about anything and after mistake they'll fire you without any reason or notice 0 star from my side...
