Utter nonsense and unethical environment .no hr support or policy .salary is a big concern and always comes late .sometime they don't even pay even single rupee to employee .there is no one who listen your concern or problem .pls do not join the organisation .you ll regret later

I work very hard in that company but my superior will not happy with my work But I honestly do my and and got good salary in soon at the time of joining

I have been working in HR and Admin domain since last 16 years and have an exposure with multi-industries. The working environment here in Kaya Blenders and Distillers is really fabulous, which I have experienced long back with a general insurance company. I am glad to work here and also I am lucky to get a Team and Management so helpful.

We are happy and enjoying working here with the company, that believes "grow with the company and by the company"

I have worked in liquor industries for many years. No doubt kaya is a young liquor company but slow by slow. It is making space in the markets. But yes it is difficult for employees to work as the field is very tough

I joined kaya spirits as a marketing head but liquor industry is very competitive and dominant and ruled by old liquor traders and there is no space for new employee. My friends do not join liquor industry. Its tough for employees

So much of target base job
