Lot of things to learn personal and professional both. Senior management looks into problems of trainees and junior engineers.

...n software's not present, and lot of hardship happen to operators and engineers. Payment is too much less and management just hides much of pay and perks to be given and also fraud the fellow young engineers , and when they join company they feel cheated.

The working in heavy engineering company for the government sectors like defense,nuclear power and sugar which gives us lots of open surrounding to take new ideas and experience.

Compensation is quite good,but hike is not well.

The company readily adopts the latest technology.which is market need.This results in reliable, high quality products.i am proud, that I am part of that team.we get free hand from higher management, our team can give maximum output with innovative ideas.i get to travel abroad especially Germany many times for inspection,selection of various machinery. Another plus point is our team built with various cultural background.

Dislikes

No any facility for outside Training, no any facilities to employees, like insurance, pf, bonous food, tea etc. So employees remains unsatisfied.All decisions rights are with MD. Managers cannot take decisions without permission.
