The only best thing about this company is that there is a wide scope of learning if you are capable to learn by yourself, few are also there to help- guide you, but that still depends on where are you posted and who is your manager.

Dislikes

99% of the company is dislikable, except the learning part. The Salary is below average, fewer growth opportunities, few people will never let you grow in the company. The Upper Indian Management is worst , the Japanese management is not aware about the things that are happening on ground. Most of the team member leaves the company or have left the company due to many reasons. They don't even provide salary slips with proper taxation details sometimes even deny to give you salary slips. Work Culture is at worst a company can have.

Good to start as a fresher.

Dislikes

There is no vision of top management, all decisions are made by an Individual( so called top management) . For the personal benefit people are ruined the company culture sometimes it could be worse and they will potrey manipulated image of good employees infront of Japneese management so they can secure it's own job and yes worse yet to come, Japneese will believe all their wordings and terminates the employee , from past few years so many good employees has left the company after 1-2 years of working and some has been asked to leave. All credits will be taken by an individual such an irony. In fact all departments hard working Engineer's , Sr Engineer & AM wants to change the job but they couldn't develop any technical and management skills so they are not getting any opportunity due to so called management hide all facts and figures from them. Zero product knowledge is given to Engineers also there is so much internal politics due to management it self promotes for their own benefit. (Be aware it will give you good annual increment but not better skills ). So much reforms are required specially in the top layer.
