company is run by M.D relatives and perks are given to those who are closely related to M.D despite poor working ethics shown by their relatives . People from different state are rarely recruited because the managers have inside deals with local candidates. So your knowledge , skills doesn't matter and they don't want your expertise. For name sake they will conduct walk in. No matter your written & personal interview has gone exceptionally great as per your feeling at the end its all inside deal sure 5 out of 50 People who doesnt have reference will get selected but dont think you will end up working good projects. Employees who are working for decades and because of their efforts company Is surviving. Most of the heavy lifting is done by only a handful of experienced employees and project enginner and managers take credit at the end. Manager will just invite to conference room and give some petty speech about how he is actually proud but when asked about salary hike you will be slapped with question what's your contribution or he will say I'll give extra bonus for Pongal or Diwali but that will never happen. HR is old and he can barely even remember what he says but makes no mistake in jumping to conclusions without knowing the whole story and guess why he is still working for the company despite being old. ( yes you guessed it ) Mechanical department manager p. Vijay baskaran is very crooked and too much favoritism. Lack in knowledge, doesn't respond to important and technical mails & clarifications but rather sends a text message in whatsapp asking " what's the status"?. All I'm saying he is too insecure and doesn't like to be questioned on important matters which causes bottle necks in deliverables. Without consenting the work load of employees simply agrees and makes promises to client and project mangers and starts micro managing. Many of the experienced and talented employees left the company for better opportunities , salary recognition and respect. He has his own gang among his favorite employees and favors them the most. Ofcourse he has to do else if they leave he will have to hunt for employees who can replace. By sheer luck if you end up working in this company with or without reference under mechanical department manager just say yes OK sir thank you sir will do sir even if it doesnt make any sense .Don't question he doesn't like to be questioned. Also your colleagues are not your friends just get paid and go home never share personal information with your colleagues learn to lie trust me you will thank me later. Download project specifications of your area of interest ( static or rotating ) do home read build your resume get experience and move out. Don't get stuck

Job security Zero percent, work culture is poor, management only like south indian people and boot lickers person, company have no policies only value boot lickers and permote that type of people.

Job security, they give very much importance for family...of any one wants immediate leave regarding family issues or.personal issues..they don't force you to stay...they will understand your position and grant your leave.
