Timely salary will come. Has Good Brand Repo in some areas. Product Quality is Good.

Poor Management, every where is politics. No job security. No incriment & promotions. Even HR deducted ammount from fixed Bonus. Thousands unreasonable terms & conditions in promotional expenses & TA DA expenses , after then there is huge deduction in Expenses without giving explanation or information. Material rate is going higher in year two times. No promotional & marketing support. HR also not receiving the calls. Unskilled Managers & no support from Management. Poor HR policies. In Field Crop Segment 3 employees given resignation & 3 employees got terminated just for poor management. If any mishappen create in market, upper level no going to support you.

So many to list Toxic Environment No Salary Increments / Lots and lots of Favorisum No Support from upper Level - They take Highly Educated in Lower Grade and Torcher them they don't know how top work They Just Use people & Position will be going Non working people No food is giving in the Plan HR policy is so Freeking Worst Cant Explain Low Quality Management Skills They Simply Deduct our Leaves i/ Permissions if u cross 2 min extra No outing / Permission also we need to write Gate Pass/ And cant leave Premises 1 min early also you will penalized No Recognition for Hardworking No Skill Improvement Training No HR will visit our campus Higher level Managers only will get Good salary and Growth

it's good experience for me I'm do work at field level get many more information about agriculture I'm not join that company I'm just partime worker they don't fresher directly to field duty but I'm agriculture student that's way I'm joined.

...se employees are doing smart & Hard work . Manager are good guide to his staff . No salary problem & salary is time to time credit in account.
