in my 1 year work experience, i never received salary on time. it is always after 20 or sometimes after 25th of next month. basically they pay one month salary in two months. I was hired as permanent employee but they didn't pay June salary. They deducted my TDS but even today (on 28 may 2019) if i check, they didn't deposit my TDS and not giving me my FORM 16 for ITR purpose. It seems that greedy people are running the school. For me, it was a bad experience and I indeed repent that I took wrong decision joining this school, leaving my well settled job from my ex-school.

Nothing at all that can be worth the mention. Have some terrible experience of stay here.

Dislikes

The salary never came on time. Basic cleanliness is totally missing . There is no respect rendered by the promoters towards the staff. Appraisal is a farfetched name.

I have left the Organization in 2019 , the Organization Management is most insensitive towards the students and staff needs , the work ethos is poor . Salary payments are always not done on time .

Dislikes

Investing in the training’s , upgrading teachers salary ( increments ) are not done . Small but most important child care i.e a medical facility where a nurse is needed on campus has never been employed .

This is not school its run by donkeys ,here is no school culture this works only by hitler culture

I didn't like anything specially the management of school , they can't help anyone else they want help from everyone.
