1.Salaries were never paid on time. 2.The company could terminate employees at any time without notice. 3.There was no fixed working schedule; sometimes, I had to work for 24 hours straight. 4.Overtime was not compensated by the company.

...the no 1 company in cheating the employees also labours who worked for them . They hire employees and terminate them within in one month and will mail them that they will pay the salary after 45 days . but after 45 days if we call or message they won't reply . if we go there they will say tomorrow will do it and will mail terminated people will not be paid . I personly know that 10 people got terminated from the month Jan 2022 to Feb 2022 none of them got paid . they refuse to pay my salary for 18 days of first month 16,250/- other than this because of them my expenditure was 18000/- because I am from chennai . even for carpenter labours 1 lakh 60 thousand was pending . please this is a voice of an employee any one reading this don't join there waste your money .

...en't heard before in your life and he won't respect any people working on site. No salary will be provided for the last 1-2 months after you leave the company

Terrible experience. You will never get paid last month salary if you decided to leave the company. Salary will be paid on mid of month based on their wish.

No respect to employees. You will feel literally as a servant in their house/office. If company is not having projects anytime you can be terminated.

Big promise but Zore in reality, management always keen on their own benefit ,when you quit job they will say will pay your salary after some certain day but after that certain period they keep on making excuses, if you have served notice period they will say you have made loss to the company,if you don't server notice period they will say you not served notice period so we will not pay you,accuse you of Fraud,and Blackmail you for legal notice, terrible company .
