New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Nothing! The owners are unethical and crazy. They have licensed the involvement of their dumb kids in the business which is the reason their failure. The working conditions are terrible, they shout all the time!

Dislikes

As I said earlier, there’s nothing to like about this company; because of these horrible bosses who treat educated people like servants, the productivity is very low. There’s no comfortable environment provided to the employs. Chances of increment are less than zero even after years of working. They make great promises and then treat you like you owe them your lives.
