...ys bringing new criteria which turn out to be always negative for the employees. Working hours can be around 10-12 hrs a day with no overtime compensation.

Good work environment. Teammates are good. Senior person are very helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is very good compared to other dealer but you have to work a lot too. You don't get overtime and on daily basis I do over time of 3 hours. Also there is no job security. Also they deduct salary even though you work hard. Also you work for like 11 to 12 hours on like daily basis. I am talking about bodyshop.

Management on ground level needs to improve, heavy work load sometimes and you if you are getting job for advisor than you have to do every job yourself including washing of vehicle lol

Its job security, and canteen. Go for this company if you're a beginner.(they dont need experiend and very skill people which is their need at less cost)

...e skilled then this is waste of your talent. If your're beginner only then join. Salary is also below avg. They do extreme cost cutting on their man power eg like deduction of 15% of salary if your're late by 1 min of 10: 15 which gives stress daily to reach on time even if you re disciplined. Very conservative mind people here. Uniform is compulsary even on saturdays. More men oriented industry. HR team also very unorganised on juinor level, They won't explain any formalities regarding policies and company rules and all.

Company is paying good salary compared to other dealership. Also incentives schemes are good.

Dislikes

Company demanding almost 1.5 times your salary also want you to work other's jobs to multiple times a month. Incentives schemes parameters are pretty high to achieve.
