This is primary school. Work culture is worst for silly reasons the deduct your salary mark incomplete shift of USL. Some senior are disgusting they just know how to target and highlight admins in front of manager. Shift will be for 9.5 hrs but due to work load it would be extended till 11/12 hrs and still there would be no appreciation you will be highlighted for your mistakes and not meeting SLA. Much more dislikes and disadvantages are there for joining this company but I would end this by recommending you not to join this company and waste your time and energy they just know to attract fresher by providing good salary and designation but they work over there is same as call center you won’t be moved to Infrastructure you just need to give application support to customers.

The management and technical leadership are not clear of what they wanted. They hired me as consultant to solve an issue they have been facing and their team is unable to fix. After evaluating their problem for about a week, I mentioned that their current approach will not work and they need have to relook at their current architecture for which they refused to pay even for one week of my work
