Really good work environment. Management is really supportive of the staff. Compensation is really good for a second tier city. The benefits of being a faculty in KMC Manipal are multiple including the vast library, the workplace ethics, attitude of the hospital staff towards the faculty, etc.

Dislikes

The hospital per se is exceptional but the career growth after 2-3 years is close to none. It is a teaching hospital and we can hone our professional skills here but only upto a limit. Manipal, as a town can take a long time to getting accustomed.

The college is always support the development of every staff. Our institute is one of the top institution in the country which always come in front line for the education and health policies.

Dislikes

Regarding compensation it is decent and some time work pressure is very high. The person incharge will not always support the individual who was working for the benefit of the college and they are always looking the benefits of themselves.

It's a reputed institution..there..may be better opportunity to improve language skills..moreover over a better place for education for children and the educational institutions are better

Management doesn't give proper guidance or doesn't work strong for employees support, salary is not much satisfactory, comparing to other companies ,no bonuses..not much disciplined. Teamwork is not strong enough or satisfactory.
