The environment of the school,co-operative nature of teachers and students and freedom of express our views and ideas, these things I like most.Everyone is supportive.

Sometimes management fails to achieve its goal and the salary is low.

...ement is good and the whole teaching and non teaching staff is very supportive. The salary is also good.

I don't like about kgbv school is some schools are located at very remote areas in India .because of this travelling would take more time to reach school.

As a Teacher, one can teach in any school, in any Condition of Circumstances if she balances her work - life in Kasturba Gandhi Balikala Vidhyalaya.

Dislikes

Night duty for a Subject Teacher once a week and Holiday duty once a month. No warden in the school, a teacher alone has to control the whole school on night duty and holiday duty.
