1) Do not submit any of your original documents at any cost to the school. 2) Leaving the school will not be an easy task. Hundreds of terms and conditions along with hefty fines for leaving mid-sessions and with holding experience certificate and original documents. 3) Working on Saturday/Sunday. 4) No work-life balance. You will never be able to have family time while working here. 5) Stressful, biased and political atmosphere. 6) Mandatory to speak in English, but students wont understand English. 7) Strictly formal wear (tie and blazer are compulsory, feels like typical colonial slavery mindset). 8) Do not fall for the beautiful campus (life inside is miserable). 9) New teachers will be given classes which are lagging behind and have below average students. 10) Teachers will not be consulted before getting the classes. 11) Section heads and HODs will play politics to get CAMBRIDGE sections (minimum workload, less number of students), while new teachers will be given CBSE classes (more students, below average, lagging classes, more workload). 12) Your qualifications do not matter here. You need to play active politics. 13) At the same payscale you can get much better schools, with appropriate workload and healthy atmosphere. 14) Mess food will be completely unhealthy (Start your day with junk bread (maida) and follow the same unhealthy food through out the day).
