New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. About my company no more facility for example ( convanse,food etc) . the work preassure is very high sometimes but company growth is slow .I Have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day .I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I have to attend client call in the evening and late into the night ..

It's a green field ICD cum PFT.lot one can learn,a good training center.logistics , supply chain management as well dealing and liason with railways,customs and related departments like DGsystems results in excellent learnings.its dealing with EXIM as well as Domestic cargo and container movement.

Dislikes

It's a JV and parteners have their own priorities and vested interests.they never want that kiftpl become an entity of its own and work independently with transparency while h is very much a requirement for it's future growth.
