Everything is perfectly managed under kasana builders. From administration to site everything is good. I have a lovely experience over here. I feel like I am in home and I am taking responsibility of my work like my own as my MANAGING DIRECTOR is so kind and cooperative.

Dislikes

I think every company having a same problems so nothing to discuss. Employees only have one need and that is increament.

I have been worked in kasana builder pvt ltd since august 2014 to October 2019. It was wonderful experience and i enjoyed my duty without any problems. I feel so respected with my all staff. Realy.. I never forget wonderful days and experience. Thanks. Regards Tarun Kumar Project manager

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
