Only thing I would like for this company improvement is compensation should be little more for employees as per current market trend.

Top Leadership in finance. He does not give any recognition to his managers and always try to blame the managers for something or the other thing. Even if some employee sneezes, he blames finance managers. No growth, no promotion. Nepotism in the organisation. You will have no growth if you are out elite group of leaders.

In the beginning everything was good but after an year, when it's your time for movement promotion they don't consider, don't care for their tenured employees, It's was all good in disguise, no likes

No work, HR don't care about their employees. Managers are bad to the core

The company's work-life balance is very good. They have strict working timing(7:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST). The team I am working with is open to suggestions. If you are feeling that something is wrong or is being done with not right approach then you can give your suggestion with your team member/manager. They will gladly listen to you and will ask you to step forward to lead. I addition to these, KASS provides Udemy free access and I have the flexibility to work on any technology that is being used in my project.

Dislikes

There is nothing major to dislike but what I dislike is the PR review process. There isn't a proper process of PR review. Most of the time your PR will get approved without any comments.
